Insurance is not currently accepted, including commercial insurance and Medicare/Medicaid. However, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Federal law gives you the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before treatment begins. You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services.

I offer 20 minute introductory phone calls to understand your concerns and answer questions. We can then determine whether it is a good fit and the visit type that may be most helpful.

This depends on medical and psychiatric history, complexity of the care you are receiving now, and what you hope to achieve during the visit. Please book a free consulutation call to discuss further.

This practice is not set up to help with urgent psychiatric or medical needs. Please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

I provide paperwork only for patients with whom I have an ongoing therapy relationship, to ensure the information accurately reflects your needs. There is an additional fee for completing forms outside of regular visit time. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the forms

In this practice, transparency and access are very important. Please reach out with any questions, or to discuss options if finances are a barrier to care.

One 90-min visit
Adult : $650
Child or Adolescent: $750
Two 60-min visits (usually one week apart)
Adult : $425 each visit

50 min (usually from twice weekly to every other week)

25 min (usually every 2 weeks to 3 months)

90 minutes (includes brief follow-up visit or phone call and written report)

120 minutes (one visit or split into two 60 min visits depending on preference and complexity; includes full written report)

Psychiatric/Medical Evaluation for Ketamine-assisted therapy (with outside therapist): $375
30 min medical follow-up: $250
50 min medical follow-up: $300
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy session (generally 2-3 hours): $300/hr
Payment is due at the time of service.
A superbill (receipt) can be provided upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
